Amazing Realtor! I would absolutely recommend Michele to anyone looking to purchase a home. My husband and I live in Canada and wanted to purchase a vacation home around Clearwater, Fl. We really had no idea where to begin as we had never been there, so we randomly sent out emails to a few real-estate agents we found on realtor.com. We had a couple email responses but Michele was the only one that wanted to take the time to have a phone call with us! After the first call we knew she was the one! Having grown up in the area, Michele is super knowledgeable on neighborhoods and communities. We searched for homes online for over a month and then we made our 1st trip down to Florida in April, 2022 but only had 5 days to view houses. The market was VERY active so you had to act fast if you wanted to see a house and put in an offer. Michele was available to us whenever we wanted to schedule a viewing. We didn’t end up finding anything that trip but once we returned home Michele did a virtual walkthrough with us on a house and we put in an offer was accepted! Michele
helped us with organizing home inspections and was even there the whole time they did the inspection! Being new to the area we had no idea on utilities, internet etc but Michele sent us all the contact information we needed to get fully setup and ready to go! As we are in Canada we were unable to be there for possession. Michele went to the house and did another virtual walkthrough with us. She has also been back to the house to check on it for us as it will be a couple weeks until we arrive. Michele has gone above and beyond what we ever expected from an agent. Searching for a house when you are out of country could have been very stressful but Michele made it very easy for us, and even fun! Professionalism and humanity - Michele professionalism and human nature are excellent. She goes way, way far and beyond your needs. We were looking for place to live for over six month, and she was very patient with us, and was always ready to show us anything we have asked. But remember please, when you give her address of property you would like to see, Michele check on info of such a property, for example if it's in the flood zone, or how long someone is trying to sell the place.
